If you feel something is missing in your life and you do not know Jesus, it most likely (99.999%) is Jesus that is missing. It is easy to live the life with Jesus and be blessed by Him, but like all good things it takes some time. You need to get to know Him and His word to operate and flow in all of His blessings. That is why so many do not, because they stop short of learning what they need to live and operate in all of the blessings.

Jesus

Romans 10
9. That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.
10. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.

Pray now and ask Jesus into your heart. Just confess that you know you need Him and that you have been a sinner. He will enter and cleanse you.

Now that you understand that to be saved is believing and confession, start believing and send me an email and state what you believe and you are saved; that is it.

What you are missing is this: In the beginning the first man, Adam, sinned. Due to his disobedience to God sin entered him and all who followed. In the Old Testament we see where God applied the law for two reasons:
The first was to point out sin in our life.
The second was to give a way to help us until He got Jesus here to finally fix what Adam messed up.
Just because a person does not KNOW they are sinning does not mean that they are NOT sinning. That is one of the main reasons the law was needed to help show man kind where they were missing it and to start planting the seed of the Word until someone could have enough faith to be used to get Jesus here in the flesh.
Why so much work?
God is not a man that He can lie and when He set things up He had to follow the rules that He set up. There are just certain rules that He had to follow.

Since God knows everything, He knew Adam would sin and so would all who came after Adam. So why didn't God do it differently to protect us?
God wants us have free will, to be free thinking beings not robots. He saw that it was the only way to give us the chance to be just that. Even though it meant some extra work, some sad times, and bad times, it did not mean it was not worth while for Him or us. Have you had bad times, sad days, and hard work?
Isn't life in general and all the good days worth the bad we have to put up with?

So, He got Mary to agree (Luke 1-2) and Jesus was born and He lived a sin free life. A life without sin means no death was required (according to God's own rules), so for Him to die He had to allow sin in. He allowed it all on Him. He paid the price we could not. It was a true sacrifice of an innocent for the salvation of everyone else who was guilty. Do not forget, He would have done it, sacrificed Jesus, if there had been only one sinner in the world, but it was enough for all of us. Then He gave us power in so many ways, prayer and others that are too long to go into here. Now to continue on and accept Jesus, Click Here.

FAQ

  • What is salvation?
Salvation is to be saved from death, Hell and the grave.
  • What else is there besides death and the grave?
Unlike your birth into this world where you could not choose your sex (male or female), you get to choose in this life what you will be in the next life, saved or not. If you choose to be saved you will go on to the next life, in a way like you came into this one. When you were born you came from a life of water, being fed by a tube from your mother in very small and very dark world. While you were there you were very much alive and had no idea about this life. If you are not sure that life begins in the womb, click here You see we go through three stages to get to the true life. One born of the flesh, two born of the spirit or not, and three the final life, or the actual life eternal.
The next life, for those who choose salvation, is based as it was in the beginning here on this earth. Adam was not Adam's name at first. Before Eve, Adam was complete. He was a man after part of him was removed and Eve was formed from that part. We will all be like that in the next life, no different sexes, a perfect body that wastes nothing (no need or way to dispose of waste); our bodies will make use of all we take in, we will not age. We will not get sick, tired, sad, depressed, angry. We will live eternally in a perfect body, in a world very much like this earth was in the beginning, except much larger. If we look at the difference in the size of the new Jerusalem as described in Revelation vs the old here on this earth, the new earth would be so much larger that it would take eternity just to explore it all.

So you have eternity to explore and enjoy the new earth with God and the angels in the Holy city.

  • What is Hell and why is there one?
Hell is a place where God is not. It was devised for Satan and the fallen angels. It never was meant for mankind, but it where those who would rather live in torment than worship God will go to be with their god - Satan.
  • What about those who did not know any better, do they go to Hell and if so why?
The only ones who go to Hell are the ones who refuse God. They have some, how some where, been informed of God, maybe not as we have, but it is written that He would inscribe on all hearts that He exists and is needed. So no one goes to Hell who did not choose to. I was once told a way of understanding why there will be people in Hell. There was this person who died and went to Hell. After a few thousand years an angel visited this person and asked how bad it was in Hell. The person said it was worse than they ever imagined. So the angel asked, "If you could leave would you?" The person said, "Yes!". The angel then asked, "Even if it means bowing before God?" The person declined because he would rather stay in Hell than submit his pride. Sounds crazy, but think about all the crazies in the world and then the normal ones who went crazy. I have read reports that said that some of the kids that have killed others were very normal and family and friends were shocked that the person would or even could do what they did. They were quoted as saying the killer would not even hurt a fly, but they did much worse.

  • What does it mean being saved from death? I know of people who were saved and they died.
No, just their body died. Imagine getting a new car. You get out of the old car and get rid of it and drive off in the new car, never even thinking about the old car. The same is for the body if you are saved. You go from this old body of imperfection to a new body that is perfect.
  • What about growth?
When you accept Jesus as your Lord and Savior you then need to grow in a relationship with god.
  • What relationship, why, and how?
Jesus died to re-unite us with God so we could walk with Him as Adam did in the beginning. Remember God is a Father and a dad. He is there for us, to love us, cherish us, protect us, and to discipline us as a father would. This is all done by our giving Him time. At first we will spend a lot of time waiting. Waiting to hear from Him takes a while (the longer or shorter depending on the amount of quality time we give). He has to get through all the walls we have in us from this world system and the lies Satan has fed us.

Let me get this straight; if I choose God, I get a life eternal of nothing but the best and if not I get a life eternal of torment?
Yes!
Ok, what is the catch what do I have to give up or buy?
All you have to do is accept Jesus, listen for and to His voice, and follow Him and be obedient.
What will He make me do?
Other than love Him and others, nothing. If He does tell you to give up something it most likely will be only because that something will hurt or destroy you. God is a gentleman and does not force His ways on you. It is Satan who will force his way.

I have not given up anything that I really needed or wanted. After it was gone and I thought about it I realized I was better off without it. Like chasing women in my youth. I did it entirely too much. When Jesus came in, He talked to me about it and showed me where I could have problems from my way of life. If I had gone on the way I was I would probably be dead today from aids, or something else. Actually, I have enjoyed being married and a one woman man.
